Every order is a BIG deal! Thank you for visiting and shopping at BigMouthinc.com! The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
Typical order processing times are 2-4 days before they leave our warehouse. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During BIG months, (May – July) from time to time we experience high volume of orders, and shipments may be delayed by a few days. Your order is important to us, but please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If for any reason we anticipate a significant delay in shipment of your order of if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not currently offer any expedited shipping options.

Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
BigMouth currently only ships website orders within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO/DPO, or international addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
BigMouth is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Returns Policy
Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Return Policy
Any products purchased directly from BigMouth have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery with the following conditions being met:
- Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you, accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
- Items must be unused, received in its original packaging, be in resalable condition and are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for shipping back merchandise back at their expense.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted along with the restocking fee from any approved refund amount.
Defective or Damaged Policy
Any Damaged or Defective goods must be communicated to BigMouth by email within 14-days from when the item is received.

Include in your email a brief explanation, your name, your domestic US mailing address, date of purchase, where you purchased, order number, a photo of your receipt, photos of damaged/defective item and lot # which can be found within the warning block or on the bottom of the original package.
