Return Policy

Any products purchased directly from BigMouth have a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery with the following conditions being met:

• Merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you, accompanied by the appropriate documentation.
• Items must be unused, received in its original packaging, be in resalable condition and are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
• Customer is responsible for shipping back merchandise back at their expense.
• Original shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted along with the restocking fee from any approved refund amount.

Defective or Damaged Policy

Any Damaged or Defective goods must be communicated to BigMouth by email within 14-days from when the item is received.

Include in your email a brief explanation, your name, your domestic US mailing address, date of purchase, where you purchased, order number, a photo of your receipt, photos of damaged/defective item and lot # which can be found within the warning block or on the bottom of the original package.    

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
