Item was broken. When I
Item was broken. When I remove it from the box the base fell off. Then I contacted customer service for help, no response after two days. So I sent another email, no response after an additional 24 hours.
My third email was a request for a refund. Guess what? No response. . .
I should have went to Etsy.
